Combine the benefit of working with a nationally certified trainer with the encouragement and motivation of exercising in a small group. Custom workouts designed for your group help you quickly and effectively acheive your fitness goals.
TRX® TRX is an hour-long class focused on helping you build strength and increase balance and flexibility using a suspension band and your own body weight.
- HIT - High Intensity Training
The Y’s High-Intensity-Training class, designed by nationally-certified YMCA Personal Trainers, builds strength and cardiovascular endurance while increasing your ability to burn calories and fat.
