Group Training Programs

Group Training is one of the Y's most popular training programs, and for good reason! It offers the best of both worlds by giving you the chance to work with a professional trainer and get the fun, support and motivation that comes from exercising as part of a group.

With exciting options like Custom Small Group Training for two to four people and a variety of classes, the Ys Group Training program has something for everyone!

  • Custom Small Group Training
    Combine the benefit of working with a nationally certified trainer with the encouragement and motivation of exercising in a small group. Custom workouts designed for your group help you quickly and effectively acheive your fitness goals.

  • HIT
    The Y’s High-Intensity-Training class, designed by nationally-certified YMCA Personal Trainers, builds strength and cardiovascular endurance while increasing your ability to burn calories and fat.

  • P90X®
    P90X® combines exciting music and a variety of exercises to give you a fun, unique and effective workout to build muscle and burn fat fast.

  • TRX®
    TRX® TRX is an hour-long class focused on helping you build strength and increase balance and flexibility using a suspension band and your own body weight.

  • FIT Women
    FIT Women is a lower intensity Group Training class just for women ages 55 and older. It combines calisthenics, drills and cardio for a full-body workout that builds strength and increases endurance.
